Highway 54 makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of information in or linked to this system and assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in content.

Highway 54 shall not be liable for any damage to your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing of our web site and/or your downloading and/or use of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from our system.

You acknowledge that the service is not fault free and you may experience interruptions and access difficulties from time to time. Highway 54 is not liable for any downtime, loss of revenue through inability to access the system or loss of data.

Any electronic mail or other material that you may transmit via, or store or display on our system will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Highway 54 may monitor or review information, mailings, chats, and the like on our web site, but assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger or inaccuracy contained in any information. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, offensive, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or other materials that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

Highway 54 reserves the right to suspend WITHOUT NOTICE your account if, in its opinion, it is involved in activities which are detrimental to Highway 54's Internet service or how the wider community will perceive Highway 54. This includes, but is not limited to, 'Spamming' e-mail to other Internet users, attempted unauthorised access to other Internet servers and systems, misrepresentation and abusive or offensive behaviour in newsgroups and other on line facilities, e-mail bombing and the use of bulk e-mail programs to unsolicited recipients.

Highway 54 reserves the right to suspend WITHOUT NOTICE your account if it is involved in offensive and/or illegal activities under State and/or Federal laws. Highway 54 may remove or block access to any material as it sees fit. In such a case the relevant law enforcement agencies will be notified, and where possible offending material passed on.

Highway 54 has the right to recover revenue from you for any costs incurred for damages and/or repairs and/or maintenance required as a result of any of the above activities and for loss of business caused by, or resulting from, any of the above activities.

You are aware that Highway 54 has a facility located on its Web Site that shows the present status of your account. Highway 54's access accounts are based on a bulk purchase of access time combined with data download limits. The account is automatically locked when the access time expires or the data download limit is reached, whichever occurs first. If your account expires whilst connected, the time used is charged at the current excess usage rate for the remainder of that session.

You authorise Highway 54 to charge any excess usage of your account at the current rate applicable to internet users at the time the excess hours were used, and to debit any amounts due to Highway 54 from any credit card facility previously given to Highway 54 for billing purposes. You note and agree that any accounting and/or administration and/or registration fees are not refundable and that cancellation fees may apply.

You are solely responsible for the security of your access password and will be liable for all access to our system using your username and/or password. This includes multiple concurrent logins of the same username and/or password.

Highway 54 does not under any circumstances permit the resale of Highway 54 connections.
